very disappointed

so i finished Fable 3 last night. and i cant say that the ending left a very sour taste in my mouth. ill try not to give any spoilers, but i think its pretty stupid that the game punishes you for doing the right thing. in addition to the ass backwards ending, there was a complete LACK of fun mini games like before. there is the jobs you can do, that is still there, but where are the fun little gambling games? even the demon doors were a snore. you can no longer do the emotes on command, which makes for a much staler existence, and to top it all off, YOU HAVE TO PAY REAL MONEY FOR CONTENT THE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE GAME. sound familiar??
seems most game companies are being cheap money hungry asswads these days.  less content, less gameplay, less fun, but you pay extra. hooray.

overall the game was fun.. but compared to previous titles, i was very unimpressed

  1. My brother in law said the same thing....he played it, it entertained him for about a week and now he's already moved on to something else.

In my opinion a good game should have a tonne of replay value, and should take forever to complete because there's so much to do........sounds like Fabled 3 just isn't one of those games. Which is a shame cause the other titles were good.

  3. I felt the same way.
While I enjoyed the game, it was no where near as good as past titles. Fable TLC will always be my favorite. :]

  4. I enjoyed it. I guess I'm one of the ones who won't agree 100%. Hubby heard that you had to have about 8 million saved up if you wanted to save everyone, so I made sure that I had all the money I possibly could, that way everyone was saved. I played the first one, which I found boring. Tried the second one, found it boring, but enjoyed the third. I guess I'm backwards from everyone else 0_o lol

  6. I was the same way, Zeri, LOL. I'm neurotic that I want everything perfect. Like I wanted to save everyone, and the first time, I didn't and what sucked is some of those people that died were merchants, so their stores remained closed the rest of the game, which pissed me off.

  7. yeah i beat the game and did everything right, and made all my people happy, but because i kinda rushed thru the story, my hero didnt have enough money and EVERYONE perished. i was SO upset. it was really depressing. so i started again and this time in going slower and buying EVERYTHING. and just for funzies, marrying various ladies and having families all over Albion lol.
i was the princess the first time and never found any men handsome enough to bother marrying
