not really in the mood for the sims rn
but i kinda feel like i HAVE to play it, since its currently in working order and who knows when they will drop another update that will break it all. they got me so anxious about it.
im in a really good place with my Goth family, im just preoccupied with other games. i renovated the house (the old one was WAY too big) and this time its just *chef's kiss*.
i need to get back to my plantsims family too, they were going really good, but they use a lot of custom farm stuff so that save will need some testing to see if it still works. they are the only families ive played since getting my computer back. im probably going to reboot just about all of my other legacy families instead of trying to salvage old saves. that ones im keeping anyway, a few will be trashed. its just easier. and cleaner. i got my families in the bin, i got their houses, i dont lose much. extended family, but who cares about them lol. i also have a personal 'seed' save that i use for new games that already has all my custom lots in it, so that saves tons of time. any legacy family that i dont really want to play anymore becomes townies for the others.
i need to get my o'vevils back on track one of these days. omg the new ravenwood town is SO perfect for them. i got them living at the graveyard site. i might edit some things tho. the house is perfect. one of the best houses i ever built. but i made the grounds swampy and i think i might change it to just cemetery instead. still debating on whether or not they should keep the horses.they always had horses in the past so maybe? they just dont really fit the lot all that well. maybe i could make their barn look more like a crypt or something.
and btw, EA why did we not get the Louisiana style trees in build/buy that are all over ravenwood? its so irritating trying to match my lots with the surroundings when the fucking trees dont match. dipshits. you do that shit with the terrain paints too.
pisses me right the hell off
