who can reccomend a good default replacement skin?

im really tired of mine. the shading is.. off and they skin just looks dirty. i have this one

i have tried several, but nothing i have found so far really does it for me. i need a skin that looks good on both thin AND fat sims, (no painted on abs, yuk) and i hate uber shinyness. i really wish i was skilled enough to make my own cause im so particular
